An entrepreneur, award-winning Neurodiversity Trainer, and lived-experience advocate for neuroinclusive workplaces.
I’m also a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD woman, and a mother to a twice-gifted neurodivergent child. These lived experiences deeply shape how I see the world - and how I help people navigate it.
On a personal level, I empower neurodivergent individuals to truly understand themselves - not to simply survive, but to thrive. My work helps people recognise their strengths, capabilities, and unique ways of thinking, while also guiding families, leaders, and colleagues to better see, hear, and support neurodivergent people.
On a professional level, I bring together over 15 years of senior corporate experience with specialist training in neurodivergence to design and deliver powerful programs for small, medium, and large organisations. These programs help businesses unlock the brilliance of their neurodivergent workforce by building neuroinclusive workplaces where everyone can perform at their best.
I am deeply committed to psychological safety and wellbeing - at work and at home. Global research consistently shows that when neurodivergent people are supported in inclusive environments, they can be over 30% more productive than their neurotypical peers. My mission is to help organisations understand how neurodivergent minds bring creativity, adaptability, problem-solving, and innovation into everyday life.

Engaging, practical, and personable.
My talks blend lived experience with evidence-based strategies, delivered with Irish wit and warmth. Audiences feel seen, challenged, and inspired — and they leave with tools they can apply immediately.
When you work with me, expect a tailored and impactful experience.
Every session is designed to equip your people with fresh insights, practical frameworks, and the confidence to build workplaces where inclusion isn’t just talked about - it’s lived.
Neurodivergent individuals bring innovation, creativity, and powerful problem-solving skills - often translating into millions of dollars in increased productivity.(Deloitte)
Yet despite this, workplaces and society have historically failed to provide the understanding, support, and inclusion needed for this talent to truly thrive.
Our mission is to change that.
We help businesses, leaders, and individuals recognise, value, and harness neurodivergent talent - because when we create an inclusive world, everyone wins.
The Legal & Commercial Reality for Employers
With findings from Royal Commissions reinforcing that psychological safety at work be a priority, Australian employers now face obligations under State and Federal Authorities to safeguard the mental health of their employees as a core part of their OH&S responsibilities.
This raises a critical question for leaders:
How do you enable a mentally safe workplace- for all employees?
Global research - including a Harvard study - confirms that neurodivergent employees can be over 30% more productive when working in neuroinclusive environments.
Inclusion is not just ethical - it is economic. Deloitte's Disability Inclusion @ Work research shows that if structural barriers to participation for people with disability (neurodiversity) and chronic conditions were removed, Australia could unlock around $84 billion per year in economic and social benefits. Add to this the research from Harvard that tells us that in a neuroinclusive work environment, neurodivergent employees can be 30% more productive then their peers, and this is then a huge strategic and profitable advantage as well as ethical and health and safety.
What was once viewed as a “nice-to-have” has become a strategic advantage - and a powerful driver of organisational performance and profitability.

Brilliant. Engaging, helpful, informative, and a safe space, with a lot of tips for things that are useful, but not overwhelming to do.

"It was helpful in hearing the anecdotes and real-life examples especially from Ash who has personal experience. It was quite eye-opening hearing about difficulties around executive functioning which will make me re-consider some of our processes."

DEECA, Australian Government Department
The course material was very well-organised and it would greatly benefit DEECA on its journey towards diversity and inclusion. There was a whole lot in the two and a half hours -easily enough for a two or three day course. I was amazed. It may be because I identify as neurodivergent myself (though as yet undiagnosed) that it had such an impact on me and I was able to keep up, but I do urge you, get in touch with Aisling.
