MEET THE speaker

Hey, I'm Aisling!

I’m Aisling Smith, Neurodiversity Trainer of the Year, a Stevie Award nominee, and a ‘40 Under 40’ honoree.

As an internationally recognized Neurodivergent Employee Empowerment Coach and Corporate Neurodiversity Consultant, I have over 15 years of corporate experience. I help late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals unlock their potential and guide leaders to create NeuroInclusive Workplaces where everyone thrives.

As a mother of a twice-gifted neurodivergent child and a late-diagnosed woman with Autism and ADHD, I combine my lived experience with extensive research in neuroscience to empower clients.

Speaking Style

My talks are engaging and practical, blending personal stories with actionable strategies. With my Irish wit and charm, I ensure audiences stay entertained and leave with meaningful takeaways.

What to Expect

When you hire me, expect a tailored, impactful session that equips your audience with practical tools and fresh insights to build more inclusive workplaces.

Hear from Aisling's Happy Clients

Isabella Martin

Creative Director

Brilliant. Engaging, helpful, informative, and a safe space, with a lot of tips for things that are useful, but not overwhelming to do.

Alexander Brooks

Operations Coordinator

"It was helpful in hearing the anecdotes and real-life examples especially from Ash who has personal experience. It was quite eye-opening hearing about difficulties around executive functioning which will make me re-consider some of our processes."

Sophia Nguyen

Project Manager

Paul Brockhoff

DEECA, Australian Government Department

The course material was very well-organised and it would greatly benefit DEECA on its journey towards diversity and inclusion. There was a whole lot in the two and a half hours -easily enough for a two or three day course. I was amazed. It may be because I identify as neurodivergent myself (though as yet undiagnosed) that it had such an impact on me and I was able to keep up, but I do urge you, get in touch with Aisling.
