The Neurodiversity Trainer
of the Year
For your Next Event!
The team at NeuroEmpowerment are beyond excited and honored that Aisling has been selected as a Finalist for the Disability Inclusion Impact Award, in the 2025 Women Changing the World Awards! Out of 751 nominations, she has been recognized for our work in neurodiversity inclusion, empowerment, and advocacy.
This award, founded by Dr. Tererai Trent, one of Oprah Winfrey’s all-time favorite guests, celebrates women who are making a meaningful impact across the world. To be recognized on this global stage for our work in creating neuroinclusive workplaces, supporting neurodivergent professionals, and advocating for systemic change is a moment of deep gratitude and validation.
Why this work matters:
Neurodivergent individuals bring innovation, creativity, and unique perspectives, yet workplaces and society often fail to provide the necessary support and inclusion. Our mission is to change that by helping businesses, leaders, and individuals recognize, value, and harness neurodiverse talent—because when we create an inclusive world, everyone wins.
Aislings Journey over the last 12 months:
🔹 Delivered impactful keynotes and corporate training on Leadership, Late-Diagnosis, NeuroEmpowerment, NeuroInclusion and Neurodiversity in the Workplace across Australia, and Ireland.
🔹 Launched our NeuroInclusion Roadmap, a comprehensive framework for businesses to embed neuroinclusive practices.
🔹 Developed groundbreaking e-learning and coaching programs to empower neurodivergent professionals to thrive in their careers.
🔹 Has overcome immense personal trauma, setbacks and roadblocks over the past year and displayed unparalleled resilience in her commitment to her goals and promises to her corporate clients through NeuroEmpowerment. As well as displaying an unwavering self belief and confidence in her purpose and ability to overcome setbacks and remain focused on delivering results and advocacy for her mission which is in and of itself inspiring to her clients.
Aislings advice for those making a difference:
“Change starts with awareness, but real impact happens when we take action. Dare to challenge the status quo, advocate fiercely, and create spaces where everyone can succeed.”
The winners will be announced at the Women Changing the World Global Summit in London on April 3, 2025.
Regardless of the outcome, Aisling and the team at NeuroEmpowerment are committed to paving the way for Workplace NeuroInclusion and ensuring one million neurodivergent individuals feel empowered to reach their full potential.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this mission.
Let’s keep making the world a better place— together.

Brilliant. Engaging, helpful, informative, and a safe space, with a lot of tips for things that are useful, but not overwhelming to do.
Alexander Brooks
Operations Coordinator
"It was helpful in hearing the anecdotes and real-life examples especially from Ash who has personal experience. It was quite eye-opening hearing about difficulties around executive functioning which will make me re-consider some of our processes."

The course material was very well-organised and it would greatly benefit DEECA on its journey towards diversity and inclusion. There was a whole lot in the two and a half hours -easily enough for a two or three day course. I was amazed. It may be because I identify as neurodivergent myself (though as yet undiagnosed) that it had such an impact on me and I was able to keep up, but I do urge you, get in touch with Aisling.
Is it time to.....
